logging into another account profile remotely

I'm attempting to login to a remote desktop using an account other than the
administrator. I have setup the computer so that users don't have to enter
a username/password to login, they just click on their name to get in. I
have however setup the administrator account with a password and this is the
one I use to connect remotely. I would like to be able to login as one of
the other users when I have a remote session open and change some settings
in their outlook profile (remote file syncing; offline folder settings, etc)
in order to improve vpn performance. Is there a way I can do this by
logging in with either another ID, or use the same ID and somehow switch
users remotely?

Also, I noticed that when I attempt to login to the remote system and a user
is already signed on it sends me the message that there is another user
already signed on and that if I login I will log them out. Is there any way
around this behavior?

Administrator (password protected) > Remote Desktop (Windows XP pro) > user1
Outlook profile settings.

The user you wish to login as needs to have a password assigned.
