logging internet usage

Hello,

I am looking for a cheap or free software to log the internet usage of
my users (url's and amount of data send/received) on a Windows 2000
Terminal Server.

Currently I am using IPY from www.softforyou.com but I am only 50%
satisfied (logging the url's does not work correctly).

I don't know of a free proxy server or web monitor that integrates with
Active Directory, whcih you'd need to distinguis between user accounts.

ISA Server can do this, but it's not free.
