Logging in to Windows Messenger 5.1 changes tooltip fonts.

Hi,

I have Windows Messenger 5.1 and MSN Messenger 7.0 installed on my desktop.
When I log in to Windows Messenger the tooltip font changes (not sure what
type but is larger and darker) when my mouse pauses over icons in the Quick
Launch and System tray, and over open windows in the Taskbar.

When I restart computer the font restores to normal.

I have checked Themes and no changes have been made there.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what this might be caused by?
