Logging in & error - amgrsrvc.exe - Application Error

I am getting this error message when I reboot my Windows
2000 pc each day.

Does anyone have an idea as to what it is??

amgrsrvc.exe - Application Error : The instruction
at "0x0040f9af" referenced memory at "0x00a83000". The
memory could not be "read".

Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program
