logging in and receiving mail

windows mail will not allow me to log in. How can I get rid of the log in
box so where I am always logged in.
When logging in I get these error messages. I have checked with my internet
provider and everything is correct.

Account: 'pop.sbmu.net', Server: 'pop.sbmu.net', Protocol: POP3, Server
Response: '-ERR authorization failed', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server
Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC92

Account: 'pop.sbmu.net', Server: 'pop.sbmu.net', Protocol: POP3, Server
Response: '-ERR authorization failed', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server
Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC91


Account: 'pop.sbmu.net (1)', Server: 'pop.sbmu.net', Protocol: POP3, Port:
110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC17




It also will let me send email but not receive.

Check your account settings with your ISP. It also looks as if you have the
same account set up twice.
