logging enabled?

Outlook has an option in email settings.
"logging enabled"
When I choose it, this title is placed in the title bar.
What des this really mean?
 
It means that Outlook is logging the 'conversations' it's having with your
mail servers. Don't enable it unless you really need to diagnose an issue
