Rather vague. Which web interface?
Does he know which button to press?
What happens when he presses it?
My guess is that if it is the new web interface
that clicking on the New button is not showing the new popup menu
Comment or Question? Perhaps that is something a popup
stopper might interfere with.
Another possibility is that some of the script controls are corrupt.
For that case I would try a Ctrl-F5 refresh.
