Log On Problems

I just downloaded the latest updates for XP from the MS
site and restarted computer. Now I cannot get past the
logon mode/screen - even in safe mode.

Each time I turn on or restart my computer I get the logon
screen. When it is clicked [owner or administrater]it
goes to log off and then back to log on.

Any suggestions?

Same problem here. I'm still tring to find the name of

the virus. Any luck?
