Hello. I'd like to know if it is possible to change the blue screen which says "Welcome" ever time XP boots. I'd like to make it say "Welcome" in another language! Is it just a case of changing a JPG file or something?

You should be able to change this from TWEAKUI.EXE > Logon > Settings.
TweakUI is available from
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/pro/downloads/powertoys.asp.

Tried to download and install Tweak UI but it dosn't work. Whats up?
