I wanted to get rid of the welcome screen so I followed a friend's
suggestion and changed the user choice. I had problems and I went and put the
welcome screen back, that is what it is set for now. I did it by running the
"user passwords 2" command (off the top of my head). Now I get a message as
soon as windows loads that my password is incorrect and I can't log on. I've
had no opportunity to put in a password. I hit OK and there is a box behind
it. It says Administrator and I change that to my name. I put nothing in the
password area and then i hit enter. Then I'm in OK. This is very annoying.
Please help. I run XP Pro. Dawn

Once logged on go to the Users applet in control panel and reset the
passwords. Be sure to make the password recovery disks.
