Log Off/Shut Down Changed

Aloha all. I recently installed a new graphics card (an NVidia GeForce
6200). When I shut down my system, I used to get 3 buttons saying Switch
User, Shut Down, Restart. Since installing the new card, I now get a drop
down menu with the above options, plus a couple others.
What happened, and can I get the simple buttons back?

Control Panel => User Accounts => Change the way users log on or off => Use
the Welcome screen.
