I run Windows XP home edition with service pack 2 and I have been given a key
to an online course from my firm. I log in OK with password and username but
only get as far as the home page. As soon as I click on the link to
continue my training session I get automatically logged out. I contacted the
online course technician and he asked me to disable pop-up blocker and enable
cookies which I did. I still get logged out. On my firms computer I can log
in and get to the traning section without problem. A few days ago I had no
problems even on my computer. A system restore did not help. I wondered if
anybody has any suggestion especially if they think it is my computer at
fault or could the online service have a fault?

Thanks

Karen

When you log in at work, does a little icon that looks like a Couple of PC's
or a Green Checkmark appear at the bottom right hand corner of your browser?
If this is the case, you will need to add the site to your Trusted Sites List.

Open IE - Tools>Internet Options>Security>Trusted Sites>Add Sites>Uncheck
"All Sites must begin wit https://"
