log off not working on accounts

When I try to log off of any account it will not let me i
must use the power button on the main computer box. It
will not log off or shut down the computer from the start
menu.
 
Hi Jeff,

what happens when you try to log off? Can you try Windows Key + L? Does this
work? Do you have any errors in your logs that might help?
