Have two computers
One keeps the wireless connection alive when logging off
THe other drops the connection when logging off.

There must be a windows setting as the broadband properties are the same.
Does anyone know?

It's a wireless configuration (usually one given or not given by the
manufacturer's drivers and software) setting. You'll need to go through the
advanced settings for the wireless card manually and find the one that tells
it to keep connection at logoff. Since you didn't give the wireless
manufacturer in any form - that's about as detailed as I can get. ;-)

It's possible (fair warning) that the setting is only available if you allow
the wireless software/driver to replace your GINA...
