Everytime I try to use my e-mail it keeps asking me to log in and when I do

Some email servers insist that your username has no spaces and no CAPITAL
LETTERS. Some insist that it should be followed by the part of your email
address starting with @, and some insist that it shouldn't. Many care
whether
you use CAPITAL and lowercase letters in the correct places in your
password.
Many offer rather unclear error messages when there's a problem in either
your
username or your password.
