Log in under different profile

Please help. On my Family Profile which was my original profile I have all of the programs, folders etc. I have now created additional profiles and I would like to have to be able to see (use) the same files and programs. Please tell me how?

Download twweakUI, under logon, you can check which users to show at
the welcome screen, choose the user which you employed when creating
your profile, when you boot, the welcome screen will show the user and
you can boot under it.
