Log-in problems

i was just wanting to know, i have a latitude cpi and i
cant get past the log-in. i put in the correct name and
password, but it wont let me in. if i could get a
response i would greatly appreciate it.

Use tip 1984 in the 'Tips & Tricks' at http://www.jsiinc.com to reset the
administrator password, logon as Administrator, and reset your password.

Also make sure your CAPS LOCK and NUM LOCK are not on while you are logging
in.
