Loding time increased

Hi,

I am working with excel macro's i have one problem
My sheet contains more than 300 rows and 45 columns.

for that i have wrote for loop for the condition so that while
executing it will take too much time because it is checking 300 rows
for that condition so the execution is very slow how to overcome this
