Locking to grid

I am currently designing several intricate forms but when moving the objects
around on the form they are jumping to the grid lines, How can I turn this
of?

When the form's open in Design mode, "Snap to grid" is an option on the
Format menu.

While in form design, go to manu item Format > Snap To Grid (it's a toggle).

You can also temporarily override "Snap to Grid" by holding down the Control
key while moving a control.
