I was wondering how/with what I can successfully lock
every key on my keyboard, including the keys activated by
the function key, Like volume, contrast, and some
others. If anyone knows of a program that can lock every
key on the keyboard, please post a link or let me know
how to do it please. Thanks

um, ya, i am on a laptop and I am trying to make it to
where my room mate will cese to attempt logons/ cut off
my speakers/ play around with my keyboard when I am not
around, this is why i am seeking a way to lock the entire
keyboard.

You could set the lap top up to dual boot, with 98 on drive c and xp on d then make d: an NTfS format leaving fat 32 on drive c. Write a script to change the Boot.ini when you log off to the standard boot.ini then when you turn it on you can run a script that will change it to your dual setup then reboot. The advantage is even though he uses it he can't even see the d: so your stuff is safe. I know it is a long way around but it sure works and this is the way I would like to see the lap top security world go as the first step to security. If someone steals the lap top all they would see is junk on win 98 not where all the private stuff is kept. They shouldn't have a clue there is another drive.
