Locking Screen After Inactivity

Hello! I have created a policy that locks PC's after 15 minutes of
inactivity, and enables the blank screen saver. This policy works
great. My question is, does anyone know what qualifies as "activity"?
We have a few servers that run batch processes every 5 minutes through
the task scheduler, but they are still locking. I know the processes
are running, but apparently a scheduled task doesn't qualify as
"activity".

I think its just talking about user input functions like keyboard and mouse
activity.
