locking RAS

how can I lock RAS down to specfic hosts? For example, I
have a user with a laptop configured for my network, they
have ras privledges, they take it home and dial up, this
is fine. What prevents them from using a personal pc to
dial up with? how can only authorized pc's be allowed?
