Locking on startup

Mike Anderson

After logging in on windows xp pro, the screen then just
shows the desktop background, but thats as far as it
gets. The start menu and none of the icons ever show.
 
I hate when that happens! Maybe if you gave us something to work with
we could help.
 
may be there are something wrong with your explorer.exe or the systray.exe
