Locking keyboard

I know in the past I defined a key and set the i-con to a lock which sits in
my system tray to click on when I walk away from my desk to lock my keyboard.

Can anyone remind me how to do that???

I have a new PC that I need to define this on.

Thanks!

if im not mistaken
some older keyboards
had their own drivers and
little softwares, like locking.

in fact i recall having a keyboard
back in the old days that actually
had a key to lock and unlock it.

most generic keyboards
don't have fancy icons, but
windows allows you to lock the
computer when you step away.

i think you can set it up this security
feature by setting a password either
in the standby mode pwer settings or
in the screensaver advance settings...
