Locking History

Hey guys, does anybody know how to unlock the history so
that the clear history button will work? When I try and
clear my history, nothing happens, so I think somehow it
has been locked. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The History folder may be corrupt. Delete it and create a new History
folder.

Close IE and try using the Internet Options applet in the Control Panel
