Locking filestructures?

Hi all,

I have a filestructure with subfolders. For instance:

- Folder1 - A
- B
- C
- Folder2 - 2004
- 2005
- 2006

In each of the subfolders I have lots of files.

Is it possible to lock/protect only the sturcture, but keeping all the
files editable?
I wanna make it impossible to move one folder into another one, by
mistake.

Give the users only Read,Write and Execute permissions (ie no Delete)
and it should work.

As long as "Write permissions" are given the folder can still be moved
around...
