locking a hard drive

I`m not sure if it is possible but is ther any way I can
stop other users going to one of me two hard drives, but
still let them use the other? I am on XP Pro

Download and install TweakUI:

Microsoft PowerToys for Windows XP (TweakUI)
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/pro/downloads/powertoys.asp

After installing, go to Start > Programs > PowerToys for Windows XP >
TweakUI. Expand 'My Computer', click on 'Drives', then uncheck the
drive letter you wish to hide.

Thanks very much for the advise.I did what you said, but
when I tried to run the application It said "This is not
a valid win32 application" is there anything else I can
do.
