Locked User Accounts

I am running XP Pro and when I go into "Control Panel"
and click on "User Accounts" nothing happens. I am
unable to open User Accounts at all. I've been all over
the Knowledge Base and XP Support site, but haven't found
an answer to this specific question. HELP!
 
Jack, you should be able to get there from the
administrative tools-->computer management tab, have you
tried re-booting, or trying to get there from another
user? or you could try renaming the current user profile,
and logging in again to create the profile again, that
might just cure your problem...........Thanks Lou
