Locked user accounts

We have two AD domains setup in our AD tree. For some
reasons the all of the users accounts in one of the
domains are being locked out randomly, but generally all
at once.We have cleared any restrictions on user accounts
we can find , have scanned for virus and found nothing.Any
idea on what can be causing this on a broad scale? There
are probably 50 users being affected by this.

Thanks for any info.

When account lockouts occur it is usually a result of an app sending a bad
password when attempting to authenticate the user. There are several ways
to go about troubleshooting this. Take a look at the following resources
for more information.
