Locked up from my own files

Hi,
I modified the startup file to hide Access windows and now I cannot control
my own files. Howto regain control of the main window?

Did you search before posting? This is a very common question.

If the database is opened, press F11. If not, hold down SHIFT while opening
your database.
 
Hold a shift key down while opening the mdb.
