locked out

I locked myself out of my laptop. I'm using Windows 2000.
When logging on I use the ctel,alt,delete keys then
password. There were several users that I have put on
over the years and I disabled all but one which I thought
was the adminastrator, WRONG. Now I can't log on. I know
there is backdoor way to get in to reset my account.
Please advise
