Locked out of my own home computer

I went to boot up my computer this morning and it asks for the Logon from the
Adminstrator standpoint (which is me) but I never made up a password. So, I
just hit enter, and it claims my account has been disabled - and to see the
Administrator for help. HELP!!!! I was messing around on the desktop prior
and thought I disabled any passwords.....now I'm stuck

Hi,

You really shouldn`t use the built-in Admin account as your own. Once you
get back into your system, its better to create a new user account for your
everyday purpose and password protect the Admin account.
