Locked out of computer!

I need to know how to reset the local administrator
account. We are completely locked out of the computer and
we cant log onto it because the computer account for in
the domain is jacked up. How can we reset the local
administrator account?

This gives detailed intructions on cretaing a unix boot
disk and editing the local sam file directly. Beware that
this isnt for the faint hearted but it works.
