locked out - need help

Im not sure if this is an XP problem but perhaps you can
help.
Ever since buying my computer 18 months ago, it
intermittently locks me out - the screen freezes and no
key functions will work. The only way to get out is to re-
boot the computer via on-off key.

Virus scan of system is negative and internet integrity
is solid.

I have re-installed the operating system and now install
a new operating system (windows office xp pro)but the
same issue happens.

Very frustrating and difficult - please help

Try updating the Video drivers.
