Locked Forms.

I have an Access database that has been locked to some extent. I can go into
the Tables and Queries, but I am locked out of the Forms and Reports. When I
go into the forms all it show is the folders but I can not look at the design
or try to copy them into another database.
 
Is it possible this database is an mde? If so, you cannot make any changes
in an mde, you will have to have the mdb version.
