Locked folder

Is there a way to lock a folder with a password? Any help is greatly
appreciated.

you can encrypt the folder if the folder is in a NTFS
partition

right click the folder> property>general tag> advance>
select encrypt

make sure you have recovery agent enable, and backup
private key

encrpted file cant be de crypt if you lost private key and
also the private key of recovery agent

private key will be lost thru re installing windows.

make sure you know how to handle before encrypting any
file and folder...
