Lock workstation

After starting up my computer, a window comes up saying Workstation Locked,
how do i get rid of this? I am running windows xp.
 
The workstation can be unlocked by the user or an administrator.
To unlock the system, press Ctrl+Alt+Del and log in.

well how do I get it to stop coming back? it will come back after about 5 min?

Go to the Display applet and click on the Screensaver tab. Uncheck the
box that says the user must enter a password when resuming from the
screensaver and/or disable the screensaver. If this is an office
computer on a domain, the restriction has probably been set by your IT
Dept. and you should go speak to them.
