Lock workstation timeout policy?

This question actually pertains to Windows 2003 terminal services; I wasn't
able to find a group specifically for that, however, so am posting my
question here.

After 20 minutes of inactivity, terminal services will automatically lock
the session so that the user has to login again. I'm not sure if this is
managed by terminal services or the policy for machine itself. Eitherway,
what is the policy that allows this time to be modified? I'm pleased with
the behavior just want to change the timeout period.

I know where the other policies are relating to session timeouts
(disconnects, idle states, etc) but none seem to relate specifically to this
behavior.

No, this is the screen saver on the TS.
Best is to disable it completely and have a screen saver running on
the client.
