lock toolbars in Word

Is there a way to lock the availability and location of toolbars in Word
2003? I am working with someone who keeps turning them off or moving them by
accident. It is then a 15 minute phone call to remind him how to make them
visible again or move them back where they belong. A permanent fix would be
nice before I suffer a Tylenol OD!
 
In VBA you can disable toolbar customization. You would need to make a
change to his Normal Template and it wouldn't be perfect but it may save you
some trouble.
