Lock the Remove Add-In

Dear Sirs,

How can I disable the remove button or stop the users from removing or
unloading the add-in from Outlook.

Register it in HKLM instead of HKCU. That makes it available for all users
of the computer and it won't show up in the COM Add-Ins list. The only way
to disable it is to change LoadBehavior in the registry and you can lock
that down administratively.

I think you just reset the toobar. But not sure. try it.
