Lock Row as Header

Matthew,

1) Select the topmost/leftmost item you do NOT wish to
lock.
2) Go to Windows\Freeze Panes.

To elaborate on Step 1, if you wish to lock rows select
the entire first row you wish to scroll. If you wish to
lock columns, select the first column you wish to scroll.
If you want both, select the first cell below the locked
rows and to the right of the locked columns.
