Lock out.

After setting up Local Groups and Local Security
settings, main user(ME) has been locked out of both of
the their login accounts, and cannot get a new Admin
account made for themselves..Help please

Without knowing what Local Security settings you've changed (and for which
users/groups you've changed them) one would need a crystal ball to advise
you. Please provide more specific information (if you still recall :-((

Unless you specifically went in and changed the defaults, the account
Administrator can't be locked out. Use it to unlock your other
accounts.

If you boot into safe mode can you login with the hidden administrator
account? You may need to hit ctrl+alt+del+ twice at the login screen to
get to the administrator account. Assume the password is blank unless
you set it otherwise. If you can get in then change the settings.
