lock out users of win2000 workstation

Hello,

Is it possible to lock out users of a W2K workstation?
Even though a user is not set up on the workstation, the
domain allows the users to log on to the pc and network.
With some programs, this causes problems.

You can control who accesses a W2K computer by configuring the user rights assignment
for logon locally, deny logon locally, access this computer from the network, and
deny access to this computer from the network in the appropriate security policy be
it local, domain, or OU. Be careful with deny settings keeping in mind that
administrators are also members of the everyone and users groups. --- Steve
