lock computer removal policy fails smartcard removal behaviour

F.Y.I. :

Enabling the GPO setting 'Remove Lock Computer' or 'Remove Logoff' in the User/Administrative Templates/System/Ctrl+Alt+Del options will make the GPO setting 'Smartcard Removal Behaviour' in Computer/Windows Settings/Security Settings/Local Policy/Security Options FAIL to perform. Somehow the two settings above are used to make the computer either force lock or force logoff when using smartcard removal behaviour settings. Both GPO settings should be set to 'disabled' or 'not configured' in order for the smartcard removal behaviour to work!
