i was wondering if it is possible and how to Disable the
Lock computer button, and also how do i make a computer
running windows 2000 log off after a certain time of
inactivity?

Log off screen saver is available form various sites. Also, you can
schedule it to log off in Task Manager, it has a function to call tasks
after idle of certain amount of time. You still need to find yourself a
reboot.exe or a logoff.exe
