Locations of icons

Hi all,
I need mantain the locations of icons in the same place at
login.
How do I do it, without to use movile profiles neither 3°
part applications.

Right click on the Desktop, click Arrange Icons By, click to remove check
mark on Auto Arrange, Click Align to Grid, then you can manually arrange
your Icons the way you like them.

I dont need move, I need immovilize them in the place I
want.

In anycase, click to remove Autoarrange.
