Alright, let me try to explain this. When I open FP I can get the web to open
and even partially publish to the website I have bought. However, once I have
the web open in FP in the Folders portion (versus Navigation) the top line
says C:/Documents and Settings/Mary/..........etc.etc.etc. instead of my
servers name. How do I change that? I think that is the problem I am having
because the other website I did (about a year ago) had that top line as
www.(name of website).bizland.com. Thanks for any help ya'll may offer. I
appreciate it.

Sincerely,
Mary Norton

FP will show you the location of the currently open web/site
If you see C:/Documents and Settings/Mary/......
- you have a disc based site open on your PC
If you see http://www....
- you have a server based site opened

With your disk based web open, choose Publish from the File drop down menu.
If your server based web has been repeatedly updated without updating the
disk based site, use IE to visit the site and then choose Edit with
Microsoft Office FrontPage and following your username and password prompts,
Publish to your disk based "site".

If you have IIS running you should open the web in frontpage and then click
"File" Publish Web. In the Publish to box type in:

http://"The name of your computer-server, eg. "mycomputer"/your web name".

You will get a message about there not being a web by that name, and asking
you if you want FrontPage to create one. Answer yes.
