Location of Task form?

Can anyone tell me where I can find the Task form? After reading atricles
on MS site, it looks like one of my users has been playing and somehow has
customised a form. I want to relpace it but am unsure of where it will
reside.

Can I simply copy a known working form from another identical setup or is
this nor possible?

The customized form probably would be published to the user's Personal Forms library or their Tasks folder.
