is there anyone to get rid of the history that wont go
away
a few sites stay and ive tried everything
can i completley uninstall internet explorer ?
is there any solution

Vin,
You probably have a corrupted History folder.

Delete the damaged History folder- a new one will be created on restart.

Free History Eraser from
http://smartprotector.com/eraser/free-history-eraser.htm will delete the
History folder in Windows 9x,2K, XP.
