Locating file within a BKF backup file

Hi,

I've got the following problem. I backed up a file with
my regular backup some months ago. Now I need the file.
But I don't know what folder it would have been in. I
want to be able to search the BKF (backup file) for an
individual file. How?

Thanks,

use the floppy disk if thats available, it is for complete back up for system
failure, or search for it in "search"

This totally does not solve the problem. I'm not talking
about a system backup but a backup of "my documents" using
the backup utility, which produces a compressed BKF file.

I don't use XP built-in Backup, cuz' it's an obtuse piece
of crap, but all the other third-party stuff I've used
allow you to select the compressed backup file, and
then select individual files from the displayed results.

In other words, use the backup program you used to create
the .BKF file to find and restore a single file.
